From Brooklyn/Downtown (FDR Northbound): Take the FDR Drive to Exit 5, Houston Street. At the end of the exit lane, make a U-turn around the traffic circle. Head south, staying on the service road, under the Williamsburg Bridge to Grand Street. Take a right on Grand and your next right onto Lewis Street. P.S. 110 is on the left at the corner of Lewis and Delancey Streets.
